From our Arieana Notebook: *Druzba+ was raced in Poland for two years. He had 21 starts with 1 first place and 1 third place. After his importation to the United States by Thomas M. Lazor, he was shown to U.S. National and Canadian National Top Tens in Halter and English Pleasure, received his Legion of Merit, and is noted as a sire of 21 champions. *Druzba+ died at the age of 26 in 1985.

Influence as a sire in the pedigrees of Arieana Arabians: We at Arieana Arabians appreciate *Druzba's influence as an outcross source for speed and stamina inherited from his dam *Druchna and her family, along with the beauty and elegance he inherited from those horses on his Skowronek sireline, making him a valuable addition to the Hearst-source pedigrees of Gleeful Pico and her son and our rising star Haat Pursuit.

We regretfully do not have a photo at this time of RE Gaydruz (*Druzba x Bint Gayneyna), but we did find this one posted below of her full-brother RE Druzwa and thought you'd be interested in seeing how *Druzba's influence bred on in this gorgeous direct son who was so highly favored by Richard Skinner in his breeding programs.
